Travel Essentials – Yeah, you could lug around a huge-ass SLR, or, you could get savvy and purchase yourself one of Panasonic’s Lumix point and shoot digital cameras. Seriously though, you would be doing yourself a favour, because within this line there are some cams that are packing a serious arsenal of gadgetry.
What makes these cameras so sick are their Leica Lenses, which give photos an excellent soft focus effect, vibrant colours, and overall enhancement of image quality.
Whenever we vagabond we always carry the Lumix DMC LX3 (pictured above, and is an older predecessor to the more current LX5). It’s a compact camera and it takes amazing photos. It’s 10.1 mega pixels and high quality lens makes this camera a perfect choice for professionals and amateurs alike, who want something that’ll enable them to get creative with their photography. If you’re in the process of looking for a camera we strongly urge you to give this camera a look.  To get an idea of the quality images that the LX3 is able to produce, here’s a small sample of some of the pics we took while vagabonding.
All the pics above except for the shot of the LX3 were shot with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3. Â For more info check out the Panasonic website.
